WHO WE ARE

The brand La Monk was established in the year 2020 by Mr. Gaurav Mittal, who is known to be a renowned perfumer and entrepreneur of a well-established company. Mr. Gaurav Mittal has more than 15 years of experience in the cosmetics and perfumery industry, with international exposure and having worked in the world’s biggest fragrance and flavor houses. After his return to India in 2011 and taking over his family business, Aromatic and Allied Chemicals (established in 1977), he began expanding his work with natural and organic products throughout India.

Working continuously with farmers and developing their farms for aromatic crops which are used to produce pure essential oils, he came up with the idea of establishing his own brand making consumer products by using only 100 % pure, natural & organic aromatic products produced in own farms. "La" is French word that means "The" & "Monk" symbolizes a man who separated himself from society & lives like a happy person. Thus, the brand name “La Monk” symbolizes our products being very close to nature & those giving a happy and smiling life to everyone when used.

Our aim of bringing pure natural products not only benefits the lives of our customers when they experience the full natural essence of the plants used in making these products, but it also ensures that every life we touch from the source to you is enriched with the goodness you are looking for.
